Dear Leon and High Jump Family: 4/15/08
I am writing to thank you for your wonderful service. We just finished our sons 8th Birthday party and, again, it was a huge success! This is the 4th year in a row that we have rented equipment from you for our family birthday parties and celebrations. All of the planning that goes into putting a function together can be stressful. It’s always reassuring knowing that the major items like tables, chairs, jumping castles, etc. will arrive on time and without hassle. You really know the party business like no other, and your knowledge and advice is always so helpful during the planning stages. You return phone calls promptly and are always polite, courteous, and totally dedicated to providing the best customer service possible, which is a rare thing to come across anymore. Your reputation in Cochise County as the premier source for party supplies and equipment precedes you. In the greater Sierra Vista area, word of mouth is everything and achieving such an upstanding reputation is no simple feat. It’s easy to tell when you stop to deliver or pick up equipment that you put your own blood, sweat, and probably tears into your business. Still you manage to convey the feeling to us, as your customers, that it is truly your pleasure to help make our parties a success. In short, I’d just like to express to you our deepest gratitude for your service. When the kids can all gather around the same table for cake and ice-cream, and they’re grinning ear to ear, and they can’t stop talking about the cotton candy and jumping castle, and my son comes up and throws his arms around me and thanks me for the best birthday party in his life, it’s one of those moments in parenthood that I’ll cherish in my heart forever. And it’s the special touch of the extra equipment that we rent from you, and the peace of mind knowing that we’re going to get great service and high quality equipment for the best price that makes those moments possible. Please keep doing what you’re doing, and know that it’s more than just party supplies your renting out, its the opportunity for some of life’s greatest memories. Sincerely, Lilly P. August 24, 2008 Hi Leon: Just wanted to say thank you for your services.... It was nice to have someone set up and take down the jumping castle without me having to worry about it... the castle was very nice and the kids had a lot of fun.... thank you again for your services. Sincerely, Bertha A. October 4, 2009 Leon, Thanks for such great service. The boys that setup & took down the unit were very polite, we tipped them. :) Karen |
